The Texas Hill Country Olive Co is a Texas based olive oil and balsamic vinegar producer, that also gives tours at their olive orchard in Dripping Springs, TX. The company already has a successful product, but we saw room for improvement of their brand and marketing. The goal of this mock project was to create a new logo, visual language, packaging, and marketing materials for the brand.

Some useful to know background knowledge about the company includes that it is owned by a father and daughter, who are third and fourth generation Italian immigrants respectively, that the concept for the company was born from their continued connection to Sicily, that the product is high-end, with premium ingredients and an organic certification, and that this is one of only a few companies to attempt olive growing in Texas.
